The calligraphy and fine arts branches of the China Railway Shenyang Group hosted the "Railway Spirit and Artistic Expression" exhibition at the Jilin Railway Cultural Palace on Oct 19 to showcase the spirit of railway workers and the cultural heritage of the railway industry through art.

The exhibition features works by members who have long been engaged in railway operations and corporate cultural development.

The exhibition's calligraphy works convey determination and dedication through powerful brushstrokes, while the paintings capture vivid scenes and artistic interpretations of the railway workers' daily experiences. Many works draw inspiration from the artists' professional lives, reflecting their commitment to the railway sector and their artistic pursuits.

The exhibition has attracted railway employees, art enthusiasts, and residents to appreciate the works and exchange views on railway culture.

Participating calligrapher Guan Tianyang said he hoped to use calligraphy to promote the railway spirit and tell stories, while painter Sun Lixin explained that his landscape paintings, created during his spare time, depict winter scenes observed in daily life and aim to inspire fellow employees.
