A delegation from Jilin visited the province's products exhibition and sales warehouse in Macao on Aug 27, inspecting product packaging and labels and learning about warehousing and sorting, quality control standards, and strategies for adapting products to overseas markets.
Covering 2,000 square meters, the warehouse displays nearly 1,000 products, including wild ginseng powder from Changbai Mountain, deer antler slices, and ginseng liquor.
With established connections to buyers from Portugal, Brazil, and other international markets, Macao served as a bridge for Jilin businesses seeking to expand overseas. The warehouse integrates compliance certification, local processing, logistics, product registration, livestreaming, and AI-powered data services, helping small and medium-sized foreign trade companies navigate overseas market access requirements.

The warehouse's opening follows months of work by a dedicated Jilin specialty products team. The team surveyed manufacturers across the province, assessed product resources and export needs, selected products suited to overseas markets, and supported exhibition design, overseas channel development, and compliance certification.
The warehouse plans to strengthen online and offline channels and provide year-round access for international buyers, helping more Jilin specialties establish a presence in global markets.
