China FAW held its 2026 Employees' Family Open Day at its headquarters in Changchun on July 25, welcoming employees and their families for a day of tours, interactive activities, and shared experiences.

At the opening ceremony, Chairman Qiu Xiandong delivered remarks and officially launched the event. He said that despite the challenges posed by this year's automotive industry transformation, China FAW employees had remained committed and resilient, helping the company achieve strong results. China FAW was awarded the highest A rating in the annual performance evaluation of heads of central State-owned enterprises for the 18th consecutive year.

Qiu attributed the achievement not only to employees' dedication but also to their families' unwavering support. He expressed hope that families would continue to stand alongside the company as it builds a stronger future together.

Now in its seventh edition, the Employees' Family Open Day featured expanded participation and a wider range of activities. Employees and their families could take part in cultural, product, and manufacturing experience tours, sample signature dishes from the company cafeteria, and enjoy interactive games, stage performances, and a special employee market, all offering visitors a closer look at the company and its community.
