A 57-member South Korean youth delegation visited Jilin city from July 21 to 23 for a friendship exchange program organized by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Jilin Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.

During the visit, the delegation toured the Jilin City Meteorite Museum, Jilin Laoyeling Agricultural Development Co, the Jilin City Manchu Museum, and Jilin Chemical Fiber Group, gaining firsthand insights into the city's distinctive culture, modern agriculture, and industrial development.

The group also visited Songhua Lake Scenic Resort, a competition venue for the Changchun 2027 Winter Universiade, where they joined local young representatives in the "Safeguarding Peace, Creating the Future Together" dialogue. The event encouraged exchanges on friendship, mutual understanding, and future cooperation.

Through face-to-face conversations and shared activities, young people from China and South Korea deepened mutual understanding and forged new friendships. The exchange further strengthened people-to-people ties between the two sides, laying a stronger foundation for lasting friendship and expanding cultural exchanges between Jilin and South Korea.
