Changchun hosts Northeast China Book Fair

The Third Northeast China Book Fair opened on May 14 at Changchun Modern Agricultural Park, and will run until May 18, bringing together more than 300 exhibitors from across China.
Publishers from Northeast China, as well as provinces including Shandong, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang, are participating in the event. More than 10 publishing groups, 17 city-level publishers, and over 10 university presses are showcasing books ranging from classic literature and academic works to children's picture books and bestselling new releases.

Hall One serves as the national publishing exhibition area, featuring 11 themed sections displaying major publications, literary works, and ethnic books. Established publishers, including People's Literature Publishing House and The Commercial Press, are presenting their latest titles.
Hall Two combines book exhibitions with regional cultural displays, featuring exhibition areas from Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, and Heilongjiang, as well as creative cultural products and secondhand books.
Hall Three highlights cultural and creative industries from cities across Jilin province and Altay in Xinjiang. Visitors can explore digital culture projects involving animation, gaming, and short videos, while also experiencing live demonstrations of intangible cultural heritage crafts.

Hall Four focuses on technology and interactive competitions, hosting the Northeast Asia Digital Creative and Collectible Art Expo, model contests, and remote-control racing events.
Hall Five features digital creative model art exhibitions from leading companies and creators from China and abroad, presenting immersive experiences that combine culture, technology, and Jilin's industrial heritage.
