As a key pillar industry, Jilin's beef cattle sector ranks among the top nationwide in scale and growth potential, playing a vital role in ensuring stable supplies. Meanwhile, the province leads the country in sika deer breeding, velvet antler production, and genetic resources. With 179 processing enterprises, its deer industry continues to expand into healthcare, cosmetics, and functional food.
