Having spent years working closely with agriculture, rural communities, and farmers in Jilin, Han Dan, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of Zuodanli Health Industry Group, has once again brought practical proposals to the national two sessions, focusing this year on the improvement of China's grain trading system.

Han believes that a more efficient grain trading network can smooth the journey of grain from the farm to the market, with a stronger system helping stabilize prices, safeguard farmers' incomes, and reinforce the foundations of national food security while supporting comprehensive rural vitalization.

Han founded his company in 2013, beginning an entrepreneurial journey rooted in the province's abundant agricultural resources. The enterprise has since grown into a comprehensive health industry group that integrates scientific research, production, processing, and operational services.

Thirteen years of entrepreneurship have shaped a practical and grounded approach to his work. For Han, meaningful proposals must come from real conditions and firsthand experience rather than surface-level observation.
