Yanji Chaoyangchuan International Airport has reopened, with flights in the first phase resuming to Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Yantai, and the international cities of Seoul and Cheongju, covering a total of eight routes.

Other routes will gradually resume, with full restoration expected by the end of December. By then, flights will also connect Yanji with Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Chongqing, Chengdu, Changchun, Guiyang, Jinan, Ningbo, Dalian, and Busan, operating a total of seven routes.

Nestled in eastern Jilin, Yanbian borders Russia and looks across the Tumen River to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Here, winter comes alive through flavor and tradition. From the cool, springy bite of Korean cold noodles and the tang of heritage-preserved kimchi, to the aroma of sizzling barbecue made from the famed Yanbian yellow cattle, every flavor tells a story.

In Hunchun, 80 percent of China's king crabs are traded. And in Yanji, over a thousand cafes hum with warmth and creativity, making it the true coffee capital of China's counties.
