CRRC promotes cross-chain collaborations for green future

The CRRC Modern Industrial Chain Integrated Development Conference was held in Changchun on Oct 16, highlighting collaboration across rail transit, clean energy, and hydrogen sectors.

Before the conference, CRRC unveiled China's first hydrogen-powered tourism train – Qingchun, a milestone for green and intelligent transport.

Leaders from the Jilin Provincial People's Government, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and CRRC attended the event.

CRRC Chairman Sun Yongcai emphasized the company's dual-track strategy, which integrates rail transit and clean energy industries to develop a coordinated hydrogen ecosystem.

Vice-President Lin Cunzeng presented the company's integrated industrial chain action plan, and Professor Ming Pingwen from Tongji University delivered insights on hydrogen innovation and mobility trends.

The conference also released CRRC's supply chain white list, featuring 45 private firms, 13 little giant firms, and two green factories.

Key agreements were signed, including a hydrogen industrial chain cooperation pact between CRRC and the Jilin government, as well as multiple partnerships led by CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles focusing on hydrogen-powered urban trains and monorail innovation projects.
