Their itinerary included stops in Changchun, Songyuan, Liaoyuan, Ji'an, and Changbai Mountain. In Changchun, the first stop, visitors were impressed by the Geological Museum of Jilin University, which features a fascinating collection of dinosaur fossils and mineral specimens. Historic landmarks such as the former Manchukuo central bank building, the Soviet Red Army Martyrs Memorial Tower at Renmin Square, and the Xinmin Avenue Historical and Cultural Block left a deep impression. Participants said these sites revealed the city's memory and highlighted Jilin's thoughtful balance between preserving its heritage and embracing innovation.

The group also visited the High School Affiliated to Northeast Normal University to attend the launch ceremony of the "Outstanding Films Enter Campus" event in Jilin, where the China Foundation for Human Rights Development and China Film Group donated 10 film projection sets and 100 film screenings to 10 ethnic schools in the province.
