A special tourist train departed from Jilin Railway Station in Jilin city, Northeast China's Jilin province, on Sept 12, carrying 864 travelers on a 13-day journey across eight provinces and regions, including Hong Kong, Macao, and Guangdong. This marks the 13th tourist train launched from the railway station this year.
For many passengers, the trip is especially meaningful. It is the first visit to Hong Kong and Macao for Mr. Zhang, who said he was satisfied with the service at the station and eager to enjoy the upcoming journey.
The itinerary includes some of China's most iconic landmarks, including the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Victoria Peak in Hong Kong, Golden Lotus Square in Macao, the Lijiang River in Guilin, Yuntai Mountain in Henan, and Longhu Mountain in Jiangxi. Travelers will also be able to enjoy distinctive regional cuisines and cultural experiences along the way.
