Wanfeng Ski Resort is located in Tonghua city, known for being the Hometown of Chinese Skiing. With its excellent snow quality, long skiing season, low wind speed and a mild climate, it has become a new benchmark for the best winter skiing vacations in China.

The resort was originally known as the Tonghua Jinchangzi Ski Resort and was established in 1957 as the first alpine ski resort in New China. In 2020, it underwent a comprehensive revamp and expansion. It now features a snowmaking area of 1.17 million sq m, a total length of 31 km of ski trails and the longest individual ski trail measuring 4.5 km. What's more, ski enthusiasts can enjoy the beauty of the Changbai Mountains while experiencing the thrill of skiing.

The Wanfeng Tonghua Ski Resort is considered the "cradle" of Chinese skiing champions. Shan Zhaojian, known as the "Father of Chinese Skiing," is native to Tonghua and he's left his training footprints on this ski resort.
