The Jilin Snow Village - Shulan Erhe tourist scenic area has now become a popular destination and has been selected as one of the top 100 beautiful rural examples in China.

Standing on the observation platform at the entrance of the village, overlooking Erhe village, the pure white snow contrasts beautifully with the vibrant red lanterns.

Over 100 farmhouses, built with fence walls and yellow mud walls, are scattered on both sides of the village road. Surrounded by distant mountains and vast fields, smoke rises from chimneys, creating a bucolic winter mountain village scene.
