Longwan Lake-cluster National Forest Park, located within Huinan county, Jilin province, has the highest density of crater lakes in China. It is a national 4A-level tourist scenic area and a national science popularization base.

The park consists of 10 major scenic areas known as the "Seven Lakes, One Waterfall, Two Peaks.” They are Dalongwan Lake, Erlongwan Lake, Sanjiao Longwan Lake, Xiaolongwan Lake, Donglongwan Lake, Nanlongwan Lake, Hanlongwan Lake, Diaoshuihu Waterfall, Jinlong Dingzi Peak and Sifang Dingzi Peak.

Longwan, a low-relief crater lake, was formed by explosive eruptions of basalt volcanoes in the Paleogeologic era, referred to in geology as maar lakes. Sometime from the late Early Pleistocene to early Middle Pleistocene, the region experienced frequent and intense volcanic activity, creating the unique volcanic topography of the Longgang Mountain Range, featuring numerous crater lakes and volcanic cones. This has endowed the park with abundant and unique tourist attractions.

The seven lakes are arranged in the pattern of the Big Dipper, with an average depth of around 50 meters and a maximum depth of about 100 meters. The area is at the national forefront in terms of the number, density, uniqueness of shape, and level of preservation of its lakes.
