Hongshilazi Resistance Base Site

The Hongshilazi Resistance Base Site is located 20 kilometers west of Panshi city. The core area covers an area of 800,000 sq m.
It was the first anti-Japanese guerrilla base established by the Communist Party of China in the northeast region and was the cradle of the birth and growth of the Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army. In 1981, it was designated as a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit. Moreover, in 2019, it was listed as a national key site for educating the younger generation about the Party and national history, as well as a national key cultural relic protection unit.
