Memorial of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea
|In commemoration of the voluntary soldiers who sacrificed their lives during the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, Tonghua city established this memorial site in 1950. The site covers an area of 49,000 square meters, and is the resting place of 1,076 martyrs, including 558 volunteers of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army who also fought in the war.
It is the only memorial hall in Jilin province dedicated to the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea.
