The exhibition hall covers an area of 8,192.9 square meters, with a communication exhibition hall area of 1,155 square meters.

It is a thematic memorial hall that comprehensively reflects the 14-year history of the occupation of Northeast China. It highlights the arduous resistance of the Northeast Chinese people against Japanese aggression, and especially focuses on the spirit of the Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army.

Since its opening in 2006, the exhibition has received millions of visitors, making it one of the most important patriotic education bases, Party history education bases, and revolutionary education sites in Jilin province.
