Jilin province is focusing on promoting key areas of new industrialization and harnessing technological innovation to activate new momentum, forging a distinctive path to new industrialization that aligns with Jilin's industrial characteristics and resource endowment.

Under the vision of "Digital Jilin," efforts are being made to empower and enable the new industrialization. This includes assisting enterprises in accelerating the construction of intelligent factories and digitalized workshops to create a group of benchmark enterprises in digital transformation. The goal is to drive the province's medium and large-scale industrial enterprises to transform and upgrade within three years.

The upgrade of the industrial system is being expedited. A comprehensive action plan has been initiated to foster the development of advanced manufacturing clusters, focusing on cultivating 10 major clusters. This will strengthen the foundation for advancing new industrialization and create more internationally influential "Made in Jilin" products.

The acceleration of the formation of new productive forces is underway. Emphasis is placed on reinforcing the leading role of enterprises in innovation, particularly in their contribution to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Initiatives are being actively pursued to advance the construction of manufacturing innovation centers and industrial technological infrastructure platforms.

The promotion of sustainable and green industrial development continues. The province is actively implementing the carbon peaking action plan in the industrial sector, adhering to the national standards for green factories, parks, and supply chains. This ensures the continuous promotion of green industrial development in Jilin.
