A China-Germany salon, part of the 2023 China-Germany Automobile Conference, was held on Oct 19 at the China FAW NBD Headquarters's Innovation Space in Changchun, capital of Northeast China's Jilin province.

Guests from China and Germany shared their experiences and exchanged ideas on such topics as the development of the automotive industry and open cooperation, laying the foundation for future investment and collaboration.

During the dialogue session, participants from both countries discussed "Regional Openness and Industrial Development: Cooperation in the Automotive Industry and Cross-border Platforms" and "International Cooperation: Paths to Enterprise Internationalization."

They analyzed the new dynamic of the automotive industry, discussed the direction and areas of international collaboration, and offered insightful perspectives, practical strategies, and thoughtful proposals for future development.

As part of the event, the Investment Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Commerce, the China International Investment Promotion Agency (CIIPA) in Germany, the Management Committee of the Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the German Automotive Research Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

The three parties will integrate their respective advantages and resources, enhance communication and exchange, and deepen cooperation for mutual benefit and success in the future.
