Paleontologist Paul Rummy from Malaysia spent three years studying at Tsinghua University in Beijing and four years at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and obtained his doctorate.
He came to the Yanji Korean autonomous prefecture in Northeast China's Jilin province in the summer of 2017 and has dedicated countless nights to the study of the Yanji fossil crocodile ever since.
Rummy hopes that through his excavations and research, scientific issues can be discussed which can help expand and develop the economy of Yanji city.
