Northeast China's Jilin province is to promote its all-round revitalization under the guidance of the spirit of the 20th National Congress, according to local media reports.

The province is aiming to actively explore the so-called "Jilin Path" – building a collaborative innovation mechanism, opening up channels for the integration of technology, industry and finance and increasing its efforts to attract and cultivate talent.

It plans to promote the formation of a new organization for cross-border collaboration, a new platform for element aggregation, a new ecosystem for industry-university integration and a new mechanism for technological services.

The plan is for Jilin to implement a comprehensive conservation strategy, accelerate the transformation of resource utilization methods and vigorously develop a circular economy. It will push to advocate a green and low-carbon lifestyle and promote the conservation and intensive use of various resources.

It is deemed necessary to vigorously promote the healthy development of the rural medical and health system. Jilin will also further promote the development of medical resources in the grassroots and rural areas, so that rural residents can enjoy nearby fair, accessible, systematic and efficient health services.
