The Jilin Provincial Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade hosted a cloud economic and trade fair with New Zealand on Aug 17, calling for deeper cooperation in animal husbandry, cross-border e-commerce, international trade, labor engineering, and cultural tourism, according to local media reports.

Representatives of more than 50 companies attended the event, and a total of 14,849 people watched the fair in real time online.

During the online event, Jilin Boshihui Trading Co and New Zealand Investment and Trade Group signed an agreement on an import and export trade cooperation project, while Jilin Foreign Talent Technology Exchange Co and New Zealand Huayi International Co signed an agreement on a labor service cooperation project.
