Jilin Quanyangquan Co Ltd (formerly known as Jilin Forest Industry Co Ltd), established in 1998, is a large-scale modernized forest industry group with total assets of 20.61 billion yuan ($3.07 billion) and operating revenue of 20.74 billion yuan ($3.2 billion).  

Its businesses include forest cultivation and harvesting, wood, wooded products, artificial boards, forest products processing and marketing, by-products of edible fungi, animals, and plants, and the corporation is also engaged in machinery and electronics, building materials, health products processing and marketing, and import and export trade.
