Bank of Jilin is a company based in Changchun, capital of Northeast China's Jilin province. It was restructured based on Changchun Commercial Bank.

By the end of 2020, there were 9,689 bank clerks at the company, which has 11 branches and 384 operational sites in Jilin. The company also established 10 rural banks and one loan firm, and holds shares in FAW Auto Finance Co.

The company's gross capital is valued at 39.8 billion yuan ($5.97 billion), and the balance of all its savings was 320.95 billion yuan at the end of 2020.
