Bicheng Chang'an Airport, a domestic feeder airport, is located in Taohe town in the Taobei district of Baicheng city, in Northeast China's Jilin province.

The airport was designed during the 11th Five-Year Plan (2006-2010). Its construction began in October 2012 and it went into service in March 2017, with three aprons covering an area of 2 million square meters.

The airport was designed to handle an annual throughput of 30,000 passengers.

It features an extensive terminal building with two floors above ground -- covering a building area of 4,500 sq m, a 2,500-meter-long and 45-meter-wide runway and some 3,570 sq m of auxiliary production and living facilities -- as well as complete facilities for communications, meteorology, power and water, drainage, heating, cooling, gas, oil, fire rescues and other facilities.

The airport now can handle an expected throughput of 200,000 passengers in 2020 after improved.
