Winter tourism begins at Changbaishan Luneng Resort
|The Changbaishan Luneng Resort in Fusong county in Northeast China’s Jilin province launched its 2019-2020 winter tourism activities on Nov 30, resort officials said.
Also unveiled on the day were two hotels, namely the new MGallery Changbaishan and Swissotel Changbaishan.
The two hotels are both brands of AccorHotels, a leading French international hotel group that runs nearly 4,800 hotels in some 100 countries.
The new hotels will offer more choice for visitors to the Luneng resort, which is also planning more hotels with local characteristics, according to officials.
This winter, the Luneng resort is offering its many tourists wider choice, with 32 hectares of snow fields, 15 ski trails, 12 kilometers of cross-country ski trails and 80,000 square meters of theme park for fun snow games.
Winter camps for teenagers, parent-child skiing activities, explorations to Changbai Mountain and more activities are available, officials added.
