Antu county of Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture in Northeast China’s Jilin province held employment activities in nine towns from Feb 21 to 22, to help locals get employed.

Activities including organizing job fairs, promoting employment policies, and offering consultations were held in the two days, especially providing help for those impoverished farmers.

More than 350 job opportunities were offered to farmers, covering areas such as electric welding, poultry raising, and marketing.

A total of 5,800 employment brochures were also given out to locals.
