As the saying goes, the whole year's work depends on a good start in spring. Numerous projects have started their construction early this year in Baicheng city, and now they are making smooth progress.

Baicheng has set up a support center for project construction to coordinate various approval departments and chart the operation flow charts for key projects. It is expected to reduce the time required for project approval from 151 days to 45 days.

A "project chief" system was also established to task targeted officers with key links from project planning to completion, with a goal of improving the problem solution rate of key projects. As of now, 64 problems have been solved, effectively promoting project construction and supporting the development of enterprises.
