Every effort has been made to build an ecology-first green development pattern in Baicheng city, Jilin province. The city strives to lower electricity costs through the integration of manufacturing and marketing.
Key projects such as a million-ton hydrogen field, a data disaster preparedness center and a zero-carbon industrial demonstration park have been given priority to create a "Carbon Valley in North China" that will develop into a national hydrogen energy demonstration city.
Baicheng aims to become a national high-tech base with a higher load-carrying capacity and is exploring a new high-quality development path to unleash the advantages of clean energy.
