Bacon pie is one of the famous traditionally-flavored snacks in Siping city, Jilin province. It was created in Lishu county in 1908 by Li Guangzhong, a native of Liuzhuang, Luanxian county, Hebei province.

The bacon is boiled with more than 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, and the pie is made soft with the soup oil of the boiled meat, the flour and the seasoning.

The bacon is spread in the pie. It is also served with shredded green onion, noodle sauce, rice and bean porridge, and jujube water for a unique flavor.
