Changchun Modern Agricultural Park in Changchun, capital city of Northeast China's Jilin province, launched a series of themed activities, and one of the highlights is the meticulously crafted "Northern Spring City Illusion Light and Shadow Show," which is anticipated to have its lighting ceremony on Dec 15.

The event is set to run until Feb 29, 2024.

In the indoor exhibition hall, virtual reality and light effects are combined using cutting-edge light and shadow technology integrated with interactive technology. By showcasing world-famous IPs and Chinese traditional cultural performances, visitors can explore the cultural memories of the city and experience the charming atmosphere of Jilin province.

In the outdoor area, a 3D projection show on snow sculptures is expected to be presented amidst the snowy landscape, igniting a colorful performance that sets the park's ice and snow show on fire. The four main themes, including the majestic leap of the sacred deer, the graceful presence of the moon goddess, the fragrant harvest of fruits, and the blissful celebration of the Chinese Year of the Dragon, all combine sound, light, and technology to create an enchanting journey of light and shadow. Visitors can also enjoy endless fun at the outdoor snow play area throughout the day.
