The Changchun Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Center is planned to be built in Changchun New Area in Changchun, capital city of Northeast China's Jilin province. The center aims to become a nationally leading hub for artificial intelligence computing power and industrial innovation, according to local media reports.

The center mainly consists of four platforms, scenarios, a digital industry empowerment platform, an artificial intelligence ecological platform, a digital talent training platform, and an artificial intelligence scientific research platform.

The project plans to develop applications in multiple scenarios such as biomedicine, industrial manufacturing, new materials, intelligent transportation, and urban governance.
