Xueyi Dousha, or soft-fried bean-paste dumpling, is a centuries-old local snack, which uses easily-obtained materials -- red beans, eggs and white sugar. The sugar is scattered all over the conglobate bean-paste dumplings before the dish is served. It is one of most popular snacks for tourists here.
