Siping city in Jilin province is currently bustling with agricultural activities, as it gears up for the crucial spring farming period.

Focusing on its main agricultural production tasks, the city has begun its spring farming preparation work, which includes ensuring adequate reserves of agricultural supplies, maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery, and the construction of high-standard farmland to facilitate larger spring yields.

Seeds, regarded as the "core" of agriculture and the starting point for food security, are in high demand during this period. Seed companies are operating at full capacity to process and produce seeds of various varieties, filling warehouses and shelves with different categories.

Yang Qingsong, a technician from Kanda Agricultural Machinery, is busier than ever before the spring farming season. During the day, he visits households, cooperatives, family farms, and large-scale agricultural machinery users to provide technical guidance and comprehensive maintenance services on agricultural machinery. In the evening from 6 pm to 9 pm, he utilizes online platforms to conduct live broadcasts, engaging in relevant discussions with farmers.

Yang mentioned that Siping, known as a city of agricultural machinery, sells agricultural machinery nationwide. As the machinery is utilized, users may encounter various minor issues, which can be resolved during live broadcasts.
