In the golden autumn season, picturesque Huadian city – in Northeast China's Jilin province – offers a feast for the eyes. Four scenic spots – Fengxue Buluo, Senlin Mangu, Mingfeng Villa and Nanlou Mountain – complement each other like four harmonious musical notes. In recent years, Huadian city has set higher goals and broader parameters, and made greater efforts in planning and promoting its eco-tourism. A variety of self-drive routes and very special scenic spots have emerged, attracting an increasing number of tourists at a rate of over 100,000 per year, according to the city's culture and tourism bureau.
