The Changbai Mountain Scenic Area – located in Northeast China's Jilin province – unveiled its annual summer fun activity program with a launch ceremony held on June 25, according to local media reports.

During the event, more than 200 cycling enthusiasts rode in local Erdaobaihe town and experienced its slow pace of life.

In order to boost the recovery of tourism in the Changbai Mountains, the Changbai Mountain Protection Development Management Committee has released a series of preferential policies and cultural tourism products for the Changbai Mountains Scenic Area. It has also launched a number of popular products suitable for students, senior citizens and other groups.

What's more, at the end of June, online cultural tourism promotion conferences will be held successively in Changchun, Jilin, Shenyang, Harbin and other places.

The management committee will also successively go to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao, Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing and other areas to promote Changbai Mountains' summer leisure sports tourism products.
