The Changbai Mountain Protection Development Management Committee in Northeast China's Jilin province has been continuing to optimizing the business environment through entrepreneurship secured loans, according to local media reports.

Entrepreneurship secured loan is a special type of financial discount for entrepreneurship guarantees launched by the State to support the development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most individual industrial and commercial households and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in the region have experienced difficulties in doing business.

The human resources and social security bureau of the Changbai Mountain Protection Development Management Committee uses both online and offline methods, and has launched door-to-door services to promote relevant policies of entrepreneurial secured loans and provide support for enterprises.

The bureau has issued a total of more than 18.6 million yuan ($2.92 million) in guaranteed loans for entrepreneurship so far in 2021, helping 353 individual industrial and commercial households and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises to weather epidemic-induced difficulties.
