Located about 60 kilometers north of Changbai Mountain and covering 25,786.94 hectares, Lushui River National Forest Park has the largest natural Korean pine forest in Asia and is one of the best oxygen bars in Jilin province.

The park opened in December 2004 and 94.5 percent of it is covered with forest. Its main trees are needle-leaved plants, such as northeast China ashes, oaks, Tilias and Chinese magnolia vines.

Dozens of wild animals like Sika deer, red deer and hares can also be found in the forests.

There are 12 European-style cabins scattered in the forest. Visitors can rest in them while hiking, or even use them for conferences.
