Baicheng records industrial added value growth in Q3

Baicheng, Northeast China's Jilin province, saw growth in its industrial economy, with the added value of industries above a designated scale posting year-on-year growth of 18.2 percent in the third quarter of 2021, according to local media reports.

The growth rate was the highest in the province.

Baicheng strengthened the stable stock of industrial economic operation monitoring. From January to September, the net output value of 50 key monitored enterprises increased by 3.37 billion yuan ($527 million), boosting the city's output value growth rate by 22 percent.

The city of Baicheng is planning industrial projects around the industrial chain, encouraging enterprises to increase investment in technological transformation, and implementing life-cycle management and services for industrial projects.

Key projects such as Meihua Group's lysine production base and Envision Smart Fan are progressing smoothly.

Regions
