The province's public security entities will fully leverage their functional roles, exerting all efforts to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and operators. They will continuously enhance their capabilities to ensure a secure and favorable environment for businesses, with a particular focus on the following four areas: legally protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, promoting inclusive and prudent regulations, handling cases involving enterprises with caution, and improving the quality and efficiency of case work.

In line with the action plan to optimize its business environment, Jilin province will take specific measures to improve the benchmark system for administrative discretion and deepen compliance reforms in the field of administrative law enforcement. These measures include conducting special rectification campaigns, promoting inclusive and prudent law enforcement, and optimizing legal services.
