The fourth Tonghua Entrepreneur Festival opened in Tonghua, Northeast China's Jilin province on Dec 3 and awarded outstanding private entrepreneurs from the city, according to local media reports.

In recent years, Tonghua city has joined hands with private entrepreneurs to focus on advancing the implementation of the industrial spatial layout known as "One Main, Six Double" (the abbreviation of a series of plans) in Jilin province and continues to upgrade preferential policies and deepen its quality services for enterprises.
