A guitar-themed plaza is launched in Ji'an, Tonghua city, Northeast China's Jilin province, adding a unique landmark to the city, Sept 10. The ceremony drew a large crowd, Sept 10. In 2017, Ji'an director Dong Chengpeng filmed the movie City of Rock in Ji'an, bringing the border town into the limelight. The guitar sculpture standing on the plaza resembles the "Big Guitar" sculpture built on the banks of the Yalu River in the movie. [Photo provided to gojilin.gov.cn]
