Construction work on Qizhen Cultural Education Industrial Park in Liaoyuan, Northeast China's Jilin province, officially started on Oct 13, reports Liaoyuan Daily. 

Qizhen Cultural Education Industrial Park, drawing an investment of 1.2 billion yuan ($188 million), is a key livelihood project implemented for the purpose of optimizing educational resources. The park is expected to become the new engine behind Liaoyuan's industrial development by promoting the high-quality development of education throughout the whole city.

The industrial park has studied the experiences and quality education training strategies of Shandong and Beijing, aiming to create a high-quality education system.

After the new school has been built, it will provide students with good learning and living conditions and will feature a garden-style layout, diverse functions, and a pleasant environment.
