On March 11, the Airports Council International (ACI) announced the winners of the 2023 Global Airport Service Quality Awards. Changchun Longjia International Airport in Changchun, Jilin province, retained the title of "Best Airport" in the 5 to 15 million passenger category in the Asia-Pacific region.

This marks the fourth time that Changchun Longjia International Airport has received this prestigious honor.

The award selection covers over 400 airports worldwide and recognizes airports that provide exceptional service experiences for travelers.

The Changchun airport has leveraged its platform mechanism by establishing effective communication with various airlines, air traffic control, and on-site fueling units to improve punctuality and gate utilization, ensuring smooth and safe operations.

Simultaneously, it has actively explored comprehensive transportation extension services with various cities and regions within the province. This includes enhancing the coordination of railway and aviation schedules, introducing new bus routes to other cities, launching chartered services within Changchun, and promoting integrated transportation services in order to address the last-mile service needs of air travelers.
