The Jiushengci Community is located in the northwest part of Nanguan district, Changchun city. The community covers a total area of 0.24 square kilometers and consists of three residential areas. There are 15,050 residents living in 4,815 households. With a total service area of 5,368 square meters, it is currently the largest urban community in the province in terms of individual area.
