Located in Changchun New Area, the Changchun Beihu Science Park covers a total area of 660,000 square meters.

Since it began operation in 2014, the park has successfully explored a distinctive development path that is characterized by industrial clustering, investment fund integration, innovation promotion, service platform establishment, and asset securitization.

The park focuses on enhancing four industry services: public technology, financial investment, intellectual property, and market connection. It also empowers technological innovation and nurtures industrial entities.

Currently, the park has become a significant base for the transformation of major sci-tech achievements in Changchun city and Changchun New Area. It also serves as a pilot zone for regional industrial policies. It was recognized as an outstanding (Class A) national incubator in 2021, and as a Class A (Excellent) provincial-level sci-tech enterprise incubator in both 2021 and 2022.
