Established in July 2010, the Northeast Asia Cultural and fully Funded by private capital, Creative Technology Park is a prominently scaled cultural industry cluster and a key aggregation area for modern service industries.

The technology park has been awarded several national honors, including "National Technology Enterprise Incubator", "National Small and Micro Enterprise Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Base", and "National University Student Practical Teaching Base".

In December 2020, the technology park was recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as a "National Cultural Industry Demonstration Zone", becoming the first of its kind in Jilin province.

At present, over 1,000 enterprises have gathered in the technology park, successfully incubating and attracting six listed companies. In addition, the technology park has supported more than 30 well-known enterprises and industry leaders in the province, providing employment opportunities for over 20,000 individuals.
