Changchun New District is making every effort to create a "Changchun Optics Valley" and accelerate the construction of a 3.6 sq km core area known as Optics Valley.

The area is scientifically planned with a layout of one zone and six parks and is also referred to as the "Changchun Intelligent Optics Valley." The overall plan includes one park, two zones and multiple centers, with the construction of two parks in the east and west.

The project covers an area of 107,300 sq m and has a total construction area of 210,000 sq m. The project consists of 16 buildings – four buildings in the west section and 12 buildings in the east section – with diverse architectural styles and distinct levels, including standard factories and an industrial center.

It began construction on Dec 7, 2020 and the multi-story factory buildings were delivered on Aug 30, 2023 – while the completion and delivery of the B5 and B6 high-rise buildings in the park are scheduled for the end of 2023.
