The memorial hall is located by the beautiful Yalu River and was originally named the Sibao Linjiang Martyrs Memorial Hall.

It consists of eight exhibition halls displaying pre-war operations, battle details and support for the army and front-line efforts, covering an area of 2,277 sq m.

The hall houses over 1,000 exhibits, including firearms and weapons provided by major military regions, relics unearthed from the Martyrs Cemetery and artifacts from veteran generals who participated in the battle.
