On Laotudingzi Mountain in Linjiang city – in Northeast China's Jilin province – a breathtaking phenomenon known as rime appears. It came recently after a rainfall, followed by a plunge in temperature on Oct 5. The rime covered the trees and grass, creating stunning scenery that resembles a fairyland.
